Amedah Hill (HDI) is qualified as a Professional Accountant, and a practising member of SAIPA and has a BCompt/Hons(CTA) Degree(2005), as well as a Diploma in HDip Tax UJ(2012). She has more than 35 years experience in the auditing, accounting and commerce sector.
She has her own accounting practice and has employed several black HDI learners. Graduates and Diplomates were on a SAIPA three year learnership. She has improved the quality of life for many of these new entrants, by affording them opportunities to engage in the labour force at various levels (Bargaining Council, CA Route, Commerce Industries)
Numerous workshops were facilitated by her, attended by various levels of Municipal Employees in the Western Cape. These workshops were at a level one AAT diploma qualification. Amedah Hill has been contracted to many training academies providing Accounts Payable programs to various industries and municipalities.
She represented Khuyakhulakhula Training Services as a Training Manager whereby she was actively involved in achieving full accreditation from the ISETT Seta for the qualification of End User Computing, Level 3.
Amedah Hill has over four years prior experience as a Project Manager, in a work-readiness and virtual office programme environment. Her vision is to contribute positively and effectively in decreasing the shortcomings of the unemployment rate critical scarce skills of PDI entrants as they enter the work environment. By providing employees with opportunities to acquire new skills enhancing their chances of being placed successfully and to continue with life long learning.
